1. Our Services

Yacht Insiders acts as a specialized concierge and agent to help clients arrange luxury yacht charters. We facilitate the booking of yachts owned and operated by third-party yacht owners or charter companies. Yacht Insiders does not own, operate, manage, or control the yachts. Our role is to provide expert advice, curate options, coordinate bookings, and ensure a seamless experience based on your preferences.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services and enter into legally binding contracts. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Booking Process & Payments

Inquiry & Quotation:We provide available options and quotations based on your needs. These are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
Confirmation & Deposit:A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Details will be provided in your booking confirmation or Charter Agreement.
Charter Agreement:You agree to the terms of the applicable Charter Agreement between you and the Yacht Provider or facilitated by us.
Final Payment:Due as specified, typically several weeks before charter. Late payment may result in cancellation.
Payment Methods:You are responsible for fees related to your payment method.
Pricing:Pricing typically includes yacht, crew, and basic fuel. Additional charges will be outlined separately.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Client Cancellation:Deposit is generally non-refundable. Closer cancellations may forfeit the full fee. Policies vary by yacht.
Cancellation by Yacht Insiders or Yacht Provider:We will offer a comparable replacement or full refund if unavailable. No further compensation is owed.
Force Majeure:Neither party is liable for uncontrollable events (e.g., weather, natural disaster, strikes, etc.). Clients are advised to purchase travel insurance.

5. Client Responsibilities

You must:

Provide accurate booking info.
Comply with laws and captain/crew instructions.
Ensure guest conduct is appropriate.
Accept financial responsibility for damages caused by you/guests.
Disclose allergies, medical conditions, or special needs in advance.

Illegal behavior or safety violations may result in termination without refund.

6. Yacht Insiders' Responsibilities & Limitations of Liability

Our Commitment:We strive to source quality yachts and deliver a professional concierge experience.
No Warranties:Yachts are owned/operated by third parties. We do not guarantee yacht condition or crew performance.
Liability Limitation:Our total liability is limited to the service fee you paid us. We are not liable for third-party actions, accidents, delays, or weather-related changes.

7. Insurance

Yacht Providers carry vessel insurance. We recommend you obtain personal travel and liability insurance.

8. Intellectual Property

Site content belongs to Yacht Insiders or its licensors. Do not use or reproduce without permission.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for content or practices on websites we link to.

11. Amendments to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Changes are effective once posted with a new “Last Updated” date.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be settled by arbitration in Miami, Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
